Always dry clean sequin and beaded garments rather than washing at home — the embellishment thread is delicate and can loosen with agitation. Store on a padded hanger, never folded, and keep away from direct sunlight to preserve colour.

For silk slips and camis, a gentle hand wash in cold water is safe if you prefer to avoid dry cleaning — just reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.
